for a long time I thought there was nothing more amazing than photographing a wedding.
well there is… a birth!
birth photography is just so special to me.
the day is filled with so much anticipation. worry. excitement. stress. pain. laughter.
with as much emotion involved in the day, it goes by in a blink. because honestly, it’s just one single day.
and to have it documented on film is precious.
it will last your lifetime.
Thank you Trang, Gary and new baby Ethan! I will hold a piece of your day in my heart forever.

I may have to order my own big canvas for my office!
sweet newborn
such a sweet little baby.
easily awakened, i did quite a bit of cuddling and pacing the floors to get her to sleep.
and before I left,
i just loved her.
yes, grayson’s mommy and daddy, i still have two edits in front of you.
but, in pulling the images off my card today, i physically could not stand to walk away without editing this one photo.
so alas, you will have to wait a bit longer for anymore, but here is one teaser.
