I was so happy to have this family return for another photo session! They are one of the most laid back, down to earth, easy going families I’ve ever photographed. I first took sweet Sam’s newborn pictures a couple years ago and then had the pleasure again 8 months later for a family shoot down on The University of Texas’ campus. This time, our session was one member bigger ♥ They’ve grown with the addition of sweet baby Jules. How perfect are they?!
Recently I did another box session for a family of four. We had so much fun! I mean really, how can you not when you cram four people into a box? It’s hilarious! Lots of giggles and laughter. Thanks Jones family!!
We had too many great images (ie, I overshot because we were having so much fun) so they ended up setting up two collages. I think they both came out great!
When Jenn contacted me about a session I was immediately moved. Jenn has been in the army for 8 years but this will be her first time away from her daughter. She is about to be deployed to Iraq and wanted to have some photos of her, her daughter and her mother together, as they will be separated for a year. I can’t really imagine how hard that must be and my heart goes out to them. I hope these images bring them a little comfort during their separation.
