{no, your eyes are not playing tricks}

I have an updated blog… um, err… I meant “photo journal”!!

My fabulously talented husband has updated my blog for me, yet again. (Score one for me for being married to an amazing developer/programmer extraordinaire!) My favorite feature? BIGGER PHOTOS! What more can a photographer could ask for? I hope to squeeze in moments here and there to up size the previous posts. For now, I hope you enjoy the new pad.

{smash the cake session}

I’m looking for a few wee ones to participate in a 1st birthday, smash the cake session in July.
What is this you ask? In a nutshell, mommy brings her almost/newly turned, one-year-old to my home studio. (please just within a couple months either way of their birthday) I will provide a small, single-sized, cutsie cake. We will then sit back and giggle as we watch him/her either nibble at or rip into their birthday cake! All the while, I’ll be snapping away. Should provide for some great year old photos! Could be a great idea for one year old announcements or birthday invitations!

I will do the sessions for free, buy as many or as few images as you like. I will be accepting only a few sessions so email me quickly at Mollie Kendall Photography if interested.

{baby love 2}

luck·y:
–adjective, luck·i·er, luck·i·est.
1. having or marked by good luck; fortunate:
2….a photographer who happens to have a good friend who has recently had a baby!
(Thanks girl for letting me play with your new little guy! I loved it! He’s so full of personality! I’ll have some announcement mock ups for you to see once I return home.)

Whoever said newborns were boring was wrong wrong wrong. This little guy kept us on our toes! Month old newbies are supposed to want to sleep right? Well apparently my house was all too interesting because he was having none of this. Not to mention he took it upon himself to make sure I had kept a fresh supply of linens on hand. All worth it as I went over the images this evening! Look how sweet little R and his two new big brothers are.
