While there, we went down to Galveston for a few hours. It was a mini vacation of sorts for me to be by the ocean. Galveston is not the prettiest beach and the weather was extremely rainy and gloomy, but I drug my camera out regardless. In editing, I had to incorporate the mood and feel of the weather and it fit into my memory perfectly.

They were so wonderful to work with, and mom was fabulous especially considering the August Texas heat!! Here are a few images from their session.

A snugly little baby bear. And the baby his certainly is! Super momma, while giving birth to Cristian this year, is also sending her other baby off to college! I can’t imagine her situation but she is more than excited about starting again. I loved listening to her talk about how different it is this time. Less worrying about every little new mommy thing like you do the first go around and a lot more of treasuring each and every moment. And her calm nature with him was definitely reflect to me. He was so sweet and calm. Just looking around and taking it all in. I could have just cuddled him all afternoon!

For today’s post, a new gallery wrap canvas vendor and a new session album vendor {that I luff!}.

First is a 20×30 canvas that is just unbelievably adorable! Two twins on a gallery wrap that is are printed larger than when they were born! It was *perfect* for my client’s home. This image was especially chosen to hang above their fireplace in their living room. I instantly knew that I would be ordering one of my own. Swoon!

Sweet little Sam! He is just shy of a month old and already THE strongest baby I’ve ever met. Good thing too as daddy is a hockey player and already buying him gear! {wink} He was trying to push up to stand, pretty well holding up his head {no, I’m not exaggerating} and interested in EVERYTHING! He is a fighter for sure. He made us work to get him to sleep because there was just too much to see…. but boy, oh sweet boy, was it worth it! Enjoy this cutie. I sure did! Congratulations mom and dad!!
