Last month I attended the ‘Shoot Outside the Box Workshop’ that included a 70s stylized wedding shoot. We had an awesome grouping of vendors that made the entire shoot crazy awesome to photograph! Thanks to each and everyone involved. Hope you enjoy the photos!

I’d like to share another wedding from a few weeks back that I second shot for Kristi from Kristi Wright Photography. I loved this wedding. Kristi’s great, the bride and groom were gorgeous and everything was put together so beautifully. All the details were stunning. Love Love Love weddings!!

Jessica + Gregg | austin wedding photographer | mollie kendall photography

Jessica and Gregg got married a few weeks ago. They were both so relaxed and chill, the entire day went smoothly, despite the 106 degree temperature. They both live in Dallas but with a lot of out of town guests from Chicago expected, they choose to have a destination wedding, here in Austin. And why not? I mean… it IS Austin!! They had their ceremony at Old Pecan Street Cafe’s new courtyard location and their reception in the original building, overlooking 6th street. It had the perfect vibe. Adding to it, they also had a great band play throughout the day that they ran across while on 6th a few months prior, Tucker Jameson and the Hot Mugs. Super talented guys, both in their own music, and in their ability to cover any song. Congratulations Jessica and Gregg!

I’m so happy that wedding season has picked back up! Even more happy to get to second shoot again with Mollie from Bloom Photography. She’s so sweet and talented, I always enjoy working with her.

The wedding and reception was held out in Wimberly at The Old Glory Ranch. This venue is just beautiful and the couple was so perfect. They just belonged together, you know? I’m not a crier and the father of the bride had me tearing up during his toast! It was a wonderful day!

I’d love for you to meet Jeremy! You met Sierra in the last post. She did her session on the same day as her good friend Jeremy… whom I happen to adore. He’s my hero. He needs a cape! See, he is my son’s swim teacher… who happened to be terrified of swimming before Jeremy stepped into the picture. So I will forever remember him and now I hope I’ve given him something to forever remember as well. His senior photos! Isn’t he a natural at this modeling thing? Sierra | austin senior photographer

Last week I got to photograph a couple of great seniors. I’ll share only one of them for now as I can’t seem to narrow down the images I want to show… so clearly they each deserve their own posts.

Meet Sierra… she wanted something different, free-spirited, and unique. So we headed downtown to hang out with her BFF. We had a good time wandering around the streets looking for cool brick walls and interesting alleys. Besides being a beautiful girl, she’s got a great mind and loves to play. Just my kinda girl

And one more shot of her with her good friend Jeremy, who you will see more of soon. These two could make each other laugh with just a glance. So much fun to photograph!
