Winter time   =   We’re Bored!

Ok, ok…  we really don’t have a “winter” here and no, I’m not really bored. Just seems in February I’m left to newborns. While I looove my babies (♥), sometimes a girl needs to play with the grown ups.   And I love my job so much I’m willing to do it for free!  You heard me.  I am waiving the $250 session fee for the first 4 families who book with me.  The Catch?  There isn’t one!!  There is no session fee… AND no minimum order.   I get to do what I love, which is photograph people.

Here’s the skinny…

Email me within the next 4 days to be eligible for the free session. I will only take the first four received, so move quickly.  You have until February 4th to contact me and get on my schedule.  After that, the promotion ends and you won’t see this offer again.

All sessions booked for the Free Families in February promotion must be held during the month of February.

This will be for immediate families only.  Don’t bring your aunts and grandparents, long distance cousins and dogs.  Well….  maybe we can talk about dogs

Sessions will be held within the Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Round Rock or Pfluggerville areas.

I’m beyond excited about this post because I had a ridiculously good time shooting this wedding with some great girls from AIP. The bride was the twin sister of a mom of twins I photographed earlier in the year. The venue and decor was gorgeous and the weather was pure perfection.  As you can see, the bride was simply glowing and super non-bridezilla.  {wink}  And I don’t think I have ever seen a man so ready to be married before.  They wanted things simple and non-traditional.  No bouquet tosses, no formal photos, no official dances and insisted that the day be ALL about the kids.  10 to be exact.  There was no wedding party except for the 10 nieces and nephews.  Tell me that isn’t right up my ally!  I hope you enjoy the photos as much I had joy in taking them.

But wait, there’s more! There can be another lucky winner. If you are the referral person of the Cutie Patootie winner, you will receive a $75 print credit! You can use it for a future session for your own child, or you can transfer your referral win to the winner! The submissions will be narrowed down to a top 5 by a large group of my professional out-of-state photographer friends, not by me. If among the finalists, you will be notified and the image posted on my blog. You will then need to get as many (unique) people to leave a comment as possible. The image with the most user comments wins. Every person who comments on the top 5 images will receive 2 complimentary 8×10s if they email to book a session within 24 hours of the end of the contest.

Inside the e-mail, please include your name and address (to validate location). Also include a quick note that you are giving me permission to use your image and that you are the photographer and have permission to use the image.

The Fine Print….

• Make sure we can see your child’s face. No professional portraits will be accepted… just your snapshots please!
• Winners of the Cutie Patootie contest are not eligible to also win the referral contest.
• One submission per child, please.
• The judging will take place by a large group of my professional out-of-state photographer friends, not by me.
• All applicants must live within Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Pfluggerville, Georgetown, and their outlying areas.
• Enter your Cutie Patootie by September 30th, 11:00pm. Winners will be announced no later than October th via email and on my blog.
• The winner must book and complete their winning session by March 1st, 2010.
• The session location will be determined by Mollie, whether it is on location or in studio. Mollie will have complete creative control of the session. You will LOVE your new portraits!!
