I make no secret of the fact that I love newborns. I don’t know if I am just lucky or what, but I get the opportunity to photograph some of the most wonderful babies! This QT was no exception. Welcome sweet baby.

I wasn’t expecting to meet Mr Desmond until late August. But this little baby had other plans! He decided he was already ready to greet the world over a month early! He also had another plan reserved just for me! Lots and lots ‘o baby acne! Yes, this is a couple weeks early, but I guess we shouldn’t expect any less from this little guy! This is where I will now pat myself on the back. Mom asked if I could remove it, and I did a great job, if I do say so myself. {wink}
When I got to go meet Desmond, he was a week old, a teeny tiny 5.5 pounds, had an adorable dark full head of hair and was ooooh so sweet! He slept well and put up with all my scene changes. I could have just pinched his little cheeks he was such a QTpie. Thanks so much to mom and dad for having me over to photograph your newest arrival. Here is a sneak peek for you both!
I should have more appropriately titled this post “{the one} when my heart stands still”…
I had the great pleasure of traveling into Austin to meet this handsome little boy, Teige. A 10 day old newborn and a photographer’s dream! Mom was amazing too as she was game for all my new baby wraps, cocoons and fabrics. He slept almost the entire time I was there, through all ‘costume changes’…. even throwing me a smile or two. I’d challenge anyone to not fall in love!
